Apple Strawberry Pie

Cruchy base, with sweet of apple and strawberry so no need add much sugar. Delicious for tea time or breakfast.

Ingredients of Pie :

300 gr all purpose flour.

250 in gr butter / margarine room temperature.

1 tbsp zest of lemon.

1 tsp salt.

2 tbsp castor sugar.

Ingredients of Stuffing :

3 apples (fuji), peeled and thinly sliced.

8 big strawberries, thinly sliced.

2 tbsp honey.

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg.

Vanilla essence is required.

Ingredients to spread :

1 yolk, lightly beaten.

1.  Prepare Stuffing : Preheat fry pan, put all of ingredients except strawberries. Stir until combine evenly and apple wilt. Set aside.

2.  Preheat oven 200°C.

3.  Prepare Pie : Mix all of ingredients and stir until combine evenly and no sticky.

4.  Prepare round mould. Devided 2 part of the pie dough, round up and milled until flatten round.

5.  Transfer to pie mould, arranged until cover all of pie mould.

6.  Pour stuffing, and arrange strawberry slice on the apple.

7.  Milled another dough until flatten round. Transfer to mould and cover all of surface of pie.

8.  Spread all of surface pie with yolk.

9.  Bake for 25 minutes and golden brown.
