Apple Muffin

Have many apples at home. I had made Apple Pie, today I made Apple Muffin as our snack when afternoon and for tomorrow morning our breakfast and snack box for kiddos.

200 gr all purpose flour.

80 gr sugar.

1 egg.

60 in gr butter room temperature.

1 sdt baking powder.

1/2 sdt vanilla.

50 ml fresh milk.

1 tbsp lemon juice.

1 small apple, diced.

1.  Preheat oven 200°C

2.  Mix flour, vanilla and baking powder.

3.  Whisk egg with whisk hand until combine evenly and sugar melt.

4.  Add mixture of flour, stir until combine evenly.

5.  Add milk and lemon juice, stir until combine evenly.

6.  Add apple diced and stir until combine evenly with batter.

7.  Pour the batter into silicone cup, and bake for 25 minutes until well done.
