preparation

1.  On inside of each slice of bread, spread honey mustard. Add cheese and apple slices.

2.  On the outside of each, spread I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.

3.  In a skillet over medium heat, lay buttered side down. Cook for about 2 minutes until golden. Flip and cook another 2 minutes on other side.

Cooks' note:
I made a "lunch" size sandwich for me. But these would easily be cut into smaller appetizer portions. Also, after flipping the sandwich, I used my bacon press to apply pressure to get extra crisp.
