3 Bean Chicken Chili

This hearty 3 bean chicken chili is packed with flavor.

2 lb Ground Chicken

1 tbsp Canola Oil

1/2 c Red Onion, chopped

2 cloves Garlic, chopped

28 oz Crushed Tomatoes, canned

3 tsp Chili Powder

15 oz Black Beans, canned

15 oz Red Kidney Beans, canned

15 oz White Northern Beans, canned

Kosher Salt, to taste

1.  In a Dutch oven or large saucepan, heat the oil and add in the onions and garlic.

2.  Saute about 5 minutes, then add in the ground chicken.

3.  Stir until the chicken turns white and is cooked through then add in the crushed tomatoes, chili powder and beans.

4.  Let simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours over low heat, stirring every 20 minutes.

Serve alone or over rice.
