1.  Whisk together the mustard, olive oil salt and paper and brush the chicken breasts

2.  Warm a non-stick pan with iron handles (it will go to the oven soon) on a high flame for 3-4 minutes and arrange the chicken breasts on it for 4 minutes each side. If you still have some mixed mustard left, the chicken would love to get some more once you flipped it. Put the pan with the chickens in the oven in 400F. If your pan has plastic handle cover it with aluminum paper (3 layers). After 10-12 minutes, the chicken breasts are done.

3.  The sauce: put all the ingredients in a small pan, and let it stir until it becomes sticky and reduces by two thirds.

4.  Another way to know its the sauce is ready is drawn the spoon in the sauce and check if the sauce coats the back of the spoon.

5.  Ter you allow the chicken breasts rest for 5 minutes, slice them ½ inch thick in diagonal angle. Arrange them on a plate, and pour 1-2 tablespoons of the sauce. Enjoy.
