10 champions, white, sliced

150 g tomato paste, thick

4 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 tbsp herbs (oregano, basil)

pinch A salt (to taste)

pinch A pepper

75 g sheep cheese, cut into squares

150 g salami, sliced (optional, not for vegan version)

13 olives, sliced

Make the tomato sauce : fry the garlic on the oil until golden, add tomato paste, herbs, cover and cook for 15 min Spread the sauce on zucchini, top with champions, olives, and cheese (for no vegan version also with salami) Bake at 200 oC (400 oF) for 3-5 min. or until the cheese is golden
