For individual cocktails...In a martini shaker, combine both vodkas & all three juices. Shake well & strain into a martini glass. Pour a splash of ginger ale & enjoy!

For a party a 2-quart container, combine both vodkas & all three juices. Chill until ready to serve. When serving, top with ginger ale or champagne.

Cooks' note:
If serving as a party punch, I usually count on 1-2 person, depending what else I am, beer, etc...most people will have only 1 Apparition, then switch onto something else, such as wine or beer...I also do not hesitate to serve over ice if I am serving this as a party punch on a hot summer day.

This granola is perfect for an impromptu get-together, or as a light appetizer…I recently served the granola with Autumn Chicken Panzanella Salad as part of a “A Fall Soup & Salad Menu” on

After these plump up from a quick brine, and cook in their shells, they'll eat more like peel-and-eat lobster tails than plain old shrimp. Serve this alongside grilled steak, and it'll be not only a great respite from the meat's richness, but it'll give you a surf-and-turf experience, which for me was one of the most exciting things to get at a restaurant when I was little.
