If you are hosting any BBQ’s this summer, add Teriyaki Turkey Burgers! These are delicious and a nice alternative to a traditional Beef burger. even the Meatman takes a break from fatty beef once in a while.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients into the Ground Turkey

Form Patties

Cook on a grill until browned and cooked through

Brush with teriyaki sauce while cooking or after you remove from grill.

Serve on whole wheat buns with a side of stir fry vegetables.

Sear bone-in chicken pieces over direct medium heat, waiting patiently for them to release from the grate before trying to turn them.
