1 tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

1 can diced tomatoes, 14.5oz

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup tomato sauce

2 cups water

3/4 cup ketchup

tsp 1½ yellow mustard

1 box elbow macaroni, 16oz

cups 1½ shredded cheddar cheese, separated

parsley for garnish
