Ingredients:

    * Pizza dough, notes section has pizza dough recipes
  • 1 cup of pizza sauce (I use tomato sauce and mix about 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar in it)
  • 1/2 package of prosciutto
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • * Olive oil to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 500F. If using pizza stone put on rack in lowest position possible, if using pan, use the second lowest rack position.

Roll or toss your crust.

Brush a generous helping of olive oil over dough.

Spread your sauce evenly.

Add your shredded mozzarella.

Add your prosciutto.

Cook for 7 to 10 minutes depending how dark you like it and how well your oven works.

Cut up and serve.

Cooks' note:
This is a simple pizza recipe. You can play around and add anything you like. Just remember to spread or roll your dough very thin, then make a nice crust around it.
