  • small corn tortillas
  • Shredded Rotisserie chicken
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

Lay out the corn tortillas on a baking sheet.

Spread a tablespoon of refried beans on each tortilla

Spread a tablespoon of enchilada sauce over the refried beans

Add your toppings: chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and onions

Broil on High for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted

Place sliced avocado on top of each pizza

Slice it like a pizza and serve it with sliced avocado

Sprinkle with salt to taste

Slice like a pizza and enjoy.
