This is my mother's secret recipe, she only prepares this on occasion.

1 teaspoon salt

4 cloves of garlic

1 sweet onion chopped

3 tablespoon oyster juice

1 tablespoon liquid seasoning

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 cup water

1 cup oil

1 spring onion

2.  In a pan fry the whole chicken using 1 cup of oil until golden brown.

3.  In another pan, sauté garlic, onion, then add all the remaining ingredients and the chicken.

4.  Let it simmer for 15 minutes, slow fire.

5.  Sprinkle it with spring onion.
