300g flour

60g sugar

40g cocoa

1 egg

2d baking soda

5ml lemon juice

60ml vegetable oil

14a0c95c5d58b706cb5a827e53fbdf48fd309215.jpg 1.  First mix tang with lemon juice, sugar and eggs, then add everything else - the flour, baking soda and cocoa powder.

2.  Mix the dough until smooth. It should have a fairly thick consistency. The dough should not stand for long, so that immediately proceed to frying pancakes.

3.  In a well-heated pan pour oil and fry pancakes at a fairly high heat on both sides.

4.  Enjoy!
