  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup grated apple
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger root pinch of MSG

Directions:

Toss the cut up chicken in a large bowl with the other ingredients and let it in in your refrigerator from 8-15 hours.

Cook the chicken in a flat oven dish in a 375 degree F for 75 minutes.

Remove the chicken to a warm platter.

Pour the pan juices and the remaining marinade into a sauce pan and boil down.

Cook up some noodles, mix them with the sauce, plunk the cooked chicken on top and serve.
