Crumble biscuits in a blender.

Melt butter.

Put the butter and biscuits in a blender, make into a dough.

Put the dough in a cake tin (spring-cake), squish it firm to the bottom

Meld your jelly in a ¼ pint of water in your microwave.

Take the cheese and put it in the blender with the melded jelly and the evaporated milk, whisk until a nice mass. To add some more flavor add Baileys to your taste.

Put this on top of the dough until the top of the spring-cake.

Put everything in the fridge for at least 5hrs, even better for 24hrs.
