Ceviche 1.  Dice the shrimp into small cubes, and combine with lime juice. Put in fridge and let sit for 20 minutes.

2.  Chop the red onion, tomato, cucumber, and cilantro.

3.  Add ingredients to tilapia along with salt and pepper.

4.  Serve cold with corn chips and guacamole.
