Sticky, sweet, and just a little spicy. A great combination of flavors that reminds you of buffalo and teriyaki wings combined!

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp ketchup

1 cup honey

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp red pepper flakes

caramelized-chicken-wings-5146.jpg 1.  Preheat oven to 375. Line a 9x13 pan with foil.

2.  Lay chicken drumettes in a single layer in the bottom of the pan.

3.  Mix oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper together in a bowl. Pour sauce over wings. Turn the wings over in the sauce to coat all sides of the wings.

4.  Bake for one hour (or until wings are caramelized), flipping the wings half an hour into cooking.
