Mix yeast, sugar with warm milk and set aside for 5 min. It will turn foamy.
In a mixing bowl, add flour and salt, mix well.
Pour in the yeast mixture and form a soft dough, then pour in the melted butter and knead for 5 min. Let it sit for 30 min or until it doubles in size.
Punch the air out of it and knead for 5 min.
Make mixture into small balls and arrange on a foil lined tray. Let it rest for 30 more min or until doubles in size.
Preheat the oven to 200°C(400°F)
Place the tray in the oven and bake for 15-20 min or until the top gets golden.
Remove this from the oven and let it cool completely.
Meanwhile make the filling by beating butter, sugar & vanilla till fluffy.
When the buns are cooled cut them in the middle and put a dollop of filling in this, spreading it evenly. Cover with the other half and serve.
