Take 2&1/2 bowls of poha/beaten rice in a broad vessel. Add water clean it and drain the water immediately and completely.
Heat oil in a non-stick kadhai, add mustard & cumin seeds. After they crackle add cut potatoes saute, cover the lid and cook for 2 mins.
Add the onion & green chillies, saute for 2 mins.
Add turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
Add the poha, mix well and cover the lid.
Cook the poha for 5 mins on medium flame.
Now, garnish the poha with grated coconut and coriander leaves.
Serve the poha, add lemon juice and enjoy.
