Directions:

Put dates in a mixer make it a paste ,roast almond in the oven for 5 minutes , after you take it out let it cool and after grind almond in a small pieces. form dates in a small balls and dip it with the crushed almond, put in a small cupcake paper . put it in the fridge for half an hour to harden a bit and serve . no baking or cooking needed . to preseve taste put in tight container and keep in cool area

I waited for so many days to make this and today I finally did. It came exactly how I wanted it to turn out. Original recipe calls for walnuts but I used cashew and almond and still it came so yummy. The bars were crisp on the bottom and extremely chocolaty on-top. If you have some dark chocolate chips, you could skip the cocoa and add that instead.

This Almond Cookie Bar is really worth trying and addictive as it's very crispy and fragrant with every bite that makes me reaching out for more. Definitely a keeper! I should have doubled the recipe so that I can have more to share with my family and friends.
