This dessert would look perfect on any regal table. This is really quite an easy dessert to make. The only hard part is the Vanilla Bavarian Mousse and to be quite honest that's not even difficult.

I love Korean Strawberry for they are always sweet and juicy and they are in season right now. I made this Charlotte Aux Fraises or Strawberry Charlotte for YN's birthday last weekend. This lovely cake is full of sweetness and fragrance from the fresh strawberries. It is light and smooth, just melts in your mouth. Definitely a keeper for sure

There are three schools of thought about making shortcakes. One, the biscuit school, insists that the dough be stiff enough to roll or at least shape with two hands. Another calls for a more liquid dough or rather a batter that can be dropped on the sheet pan with two spoons. A third uses sponge cake. Sunshine, dessert, strawberries ♥ What can ruin this harmony? I can say, that it's hard to do so! However, some exams are right here with me, and they are trying to freak me out, but I can always calm down with doing some sports, or I just go and have a dessert like this. :D And the best part? It's so easy and quick to make, I don't even waste time. :)
