Awesome spread on top an everything bagel. Great on a Ritz cracker or Wheat Thin. Could also be made into a nice cheese ball or cheese log.

This is my absolute favourite pesto. You can use a combination of spinach and basil, or all basil. This is very quick and easy, and so healthy! This is perfect for sandwiches, pizzas, pastas, basically anything!

The secret to this standard lemon curd: a little dollop of vanilla bean paste. With the first lemons from my family's lemon tree and some careful tending by the stove, leftover egg yolks become something to brag about and make breakfast all the more worthwhile.
